Probably the best kebab restaurant I've tried in Fremont. The restaurant is in a small strip mall, and parking is a little tight here. The restaurant itself is fairly small, you order at the counter and the server brings out your food. I got the quesadilla and koobideh kebab plate, both of which were tasty. The koobideh was nice and juicy, and the plate came with plenty of food for the price. Overall, I would recommend trying this restaurant.

The best falafels I've had. Just the perfect seasoning and freshness. We also got a combo platter. Everything tasted really good. Definitely coming back here.

The food is amazing and tastes delicious! Portion size is good for the price. Friendly service. The dining area looks new and pretty well lit. . I know you see a piece of beef but that's because my husband let me have a piece. The pita is buttery and warm, super good. Hummus is fresh. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

THE BEST food in the area. We stop every time visiting from Central Valley. We love how fresh, and flavorful the food always is. And the hummus with pita bread is a MUST. Couldn't recommend this place more! Service is great, always friendly and the ambiance is great to eat inside but make sure to check out the patio area, it's beautiful and peaceful for a good meal.

Came here on a saturday night and the place was pretty crowded. We got the gyro quesadilla to share and I ordered the combo shawarma and gyro plate which came with rice, pita, and salad as well. I also asked for garlic sauce and chili sauce on the sides, they were really good & paired well with the dish. The food was tasty but the chicken wasn't shawarma, it was more just small chicken pieces. Overall tasty food!

Food was fire! Freshly cooked! Guy in the front is super nice! Parking is small and gets packed quick.

If you're looking for healthy food in Fremont, this is the place to go. We ordered the falafel platter, which came with five pieces of falafel, rice, salad, pita, and hummus. It was absolutely delicious! The falafel was fresh made, and green inside from all the herbs that went into it. Probably the best falafel I've ever had. Prices are reasonable, and inside is very clean. Service was awesome, and they were very helpful with suggestions on the menu. Everything complimented each other so well. Will definitely be back when we're in the area!

This town has so many kabob type shops, from many different cultures that when a new one pops up, it's kinda not really noticeable. I popped in to try one night as I did notice something on their menu that seemed worthy of a look. You see most other kabob shops out here are usually specific to a certain country like one will be totally Afghan while another will be Pakistani or even Persian or Lebanese. So quite the spectrum and I've eaten enough of these places that I can see differences between most of them. I noticed this place had halal kabobs, which I was assuming was Afghan since this is a heavily populated Afghan community. But they also had Chapli kabobs (Afghan Ground Meat) as well as Koobideh Kabobs which are Persian. I thought it might be fun to try their takes on some of these. Beef Koobideh Kabobs ($16/4.5*) I was a little hesitant in trying this since I've only had this at purely Persian places and love them. Not sure how a place that wasn't exclusively Persian would pull this off. Pretty damn good I must say. Not as grilled/charred as most other Persian places but the meat mix/grind is on point. Nice and bouncey with great flavor that isn't over-the-top which is most Afghan marinades/spice blends. Super nice plate with a (meh) salad of iceburg and tomato, a mound of decent basmati rice (Persian places do this better), lots of warm pita bread and a small mound of hummus, which I normally don't see on Persian plates. But very well rounded plate for the price. Would definitely revisit. 2 Combo Kabob Plate ($25/4*) I chose Chicken Kabobs and Lamb Kabobs for this out. These were much more flavored meats but also a tad drier. The chicken breast pieces were super orange and nicely charred. This actually reminded me of more Indian/Pakistani tandoori preps cuz the spicing was quite bold and there was a noticeable tang of yogurt from the marinade. The lamb was also bold in flavor but not colored in any way. Really lean chunks tho, so seemed drier than it had to. They also have lamb chops which I think I'll get for my next out. Those are usually a bit more premium. Cool digs inside as they did a decent job at turning what was once a bbq joint into more of their concept. There are also middle eastern inspired burgers that seem to be popular here, so the fusion in their name is quite apt. Solid and will explore more.

Couldn't decide between the various tantalizing options for kabab platters, I don't even know the difference between their persian spices vs mediterranean spices vs afghani spices, making it hard to choose.... I eventually settled on the gyro wrap with a side of fries, a simpler dish, but I have no regrets. I didn't want the tzatziki sauce so the staff offered me garlic sauce instead... had no idea what it was but thought why not. It was sooo good! Large meaty pieces of beef, juicy and flavorful, fresh veggies, and just a drizzle of that garlic sauce, it was made perfectly. And the fries had such a clean taste, like they made it from scratch, could really taste the potato and it wasn't oily but also not dry, plus it came unsalted which I appreciated, so I could add salt and pepper at the table to my liking. The restaurant was clean and bright, and offered more seating than I expected even for a small space, two different sections for guests (the dining room sort of L-shaped), plus a couple tables outside. Ordering at the front counter for dine-in was quick and easy, efficient service with a smile. My food was prepared in less than 10 minutes, brought out to my table, ready to enjoy. And I finished every last bite! Loved everything about my experience here, a nice casual spot for some good eats and even better value.

Don't walk, RUN to Kabob Fusion. My partner and I were looking for a restaurant that opens late on a Friday night and we were so blessed to discover this gem. The staff is so warm and welcomes you like family. The menu is concise and offers photos which help with decision making. We ordered the combo plate and the gyro wrap and hnnnnnghhh it's so good...like so so good. The gyro is grilled to perfection, soft and flavorful and not overly salty. Everything is really made with passion, I know this staff cares about feeding their customers well. Highly recommend this joint in Fremont. Watch out competitors, this place is on its way up.
